Lancaster Legs for Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, RAF Coningsby

One of the flying Lancasters at this time is the one that is flown by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, maintained by the RAF.

The undercarriage has just been overhauled in our workshop by our skilled workforce.

Below are a few pictures that show the ardous task or stripping down, analysing damage, repairing, and then reassembling and pressure testing. ready to send back to the Flight.
